Remember to Laugh and Play

The joy and energy of the littles in my life remind me of what it really means to be alive.

I always knew that having my own children was not my calling – instead, I chose a path where I have had the fortune of mothering many....the pleasure of holding the hands of hundreds.

For years, I taught mainly older children, teens, and adults, and instructors with less experience and/or credentials were given the youngest students’ classes.  Two years ago I asked to teach the young ones again and ooohhhh what a gift it has been.

They arrive with stories, energy, and awe.

They share without filters:

“Miss Nicole, do you know that my nana takes her teeth (pronounced teeph) out at night and puts them in a cup?!”

“My big brother rolled me up in the carpet and then rolled me down the stairs!”

They have not yet been told what they can and cannot do.

When given choices - they marvel at the options.

When given space to be creative – they explore and skip and jump and laugh.

Their energy feels limitless and their curiosity endless.

My wish is that we all take time to connect to our inner child...expressing curiosity without judgment....using our words to express our true feeling....seeing possibility in everything and beyond.

No matter what your age is - remember to laugh and play!

Nicole

There are lives I can imagine without children but none of them have the same laughter & noise.

Meet Nicole

I am a motivator, mentor and mover.

I have danced almost as long as I have walked. I believe in the importance of movement in the body, mind and soul. It helps us live with flow and ease. I feel most alive when I am motivating and mentoring others and inspiring them to see the light in themselves.
